Hilite supports Technologytransfer Center for Sustainability

 

Hilite supports the Technology Transfer Center (TTZ) of the Main-Spessart region. The aim is the joint promotion by industry and research of additive manufacturing and AI under the aspect of sustainability. The Federal State of Bavaria is supporting the project with 8 million euros, the Main-Spessart district is providing the premises in Marktheidenfeld, and strong regional partners from industry and institutions are financing the endowed professorship at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Technology. The TTZ is scheduled to start regular operations as early as March 2024 when the endowed professorship is filled.

 

The photo shows the partners involved meeting on July 10 to sign the funding agreement for the endowed professorship at the future Main-Spessart Technology Transfer Center. Hilite international is represented on this day by Thomas Becker, CFO.
