Cleanliness Engineer





Your tasks:

  • Elaboration, execution and evaluation of tests with regard to TecSa / residual dirt (internal issues, supplier problems and customer requirements)
  • Cooperation with interface departments (including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering) and other location in EU
  • Development of cleaning and maintenance plans for plants including the necessary training measures for all plants of Hilite Czech
  • Monitoring, optimization, further development and analysis of cleaning processes (internal and external) including preservation
  • Collaboration in the design of packaging and the logistics concept with regard to TecSa
  • Systematic analysis of TecSa reports, as well as initiation and follow-up of measures
  • Identification of TecSa potentials in the material and process chain
  • Contact person internally and externally for issues regarding technical cleanliness


Requirements:

  • Technician or profound knowledge in Technical Chemistry
  • Experience in technical cleanliness according valid standards as VDA 19.2
  • Experience in methods of determination and monitoring of technical cleanliness
  • Structural, analytical and methodical way of working
  • Fluent in English
