Embedded Software Test Engineer





Your tasks:

  • Development and execution of tests on software system, module and units level for software components close to hardware
  • Definition test specifications and strategies based on system and software specifications
  • Development of testing tools required to execute integration or system tests e.g. for emulation of system or hardware functions
  • Test automation and continuous integration strategies together with testing and tool departments
  • Code review, analysis of issues and corresponding debugging
  • International collaboration in global development team


Your profile:

  • Engineering degree e.g. in software / electronics engineering, or a further technical degree and proven experience
  • Experience with software testing and corresponding tools like VectorCast
  • General experience with C programming for automotive embedded applications
  • Experience with the ASPICE assessment model is of advantage
  • Fluent in English, German is of advantage
