
HR Business Partner
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Providing advice and support in personal leadership to managers in the assigned departments
- Support of managerial skills, succession plans, recruitment and adaptation
- Development in the fields of trainings- implementations of the process.
- Implementation / Coordination of key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, reward, development and collaboration with colleagues)
- Create stratification of position, setup of seniority levels
- Monitoring and control of the HR costs in alignment with annual budget plan
- Monitoring of personnel sources for each department and their occupancy
- Coordination of fluctuation, offering solutions and helping to identify their reasons
- Providing consultation in the field of labor law for managers and employees
- Supporting current and future business by developing and motivating employees
- Building of corporate culture
- Act as a deputy of HR Manager
Requirements
- University or bachelor´s degree
- Min. 5 years of experience on similar position
- Good knowledge of Czech labor code
- Proactive and result oriented person
- Communicative and service oriented person
- English fluent, German advantage
- Experience from automotive is a plus
