IT Specialist





Your Responsibilities

  • Installation of System Servers and Infrastructure Systems like printers, switches, firewalls and server side applications
  • 1 st level enduser support in Ostrava on site for office and production users and in remotely for Hilite employees worldwide
  • 2 nd level enduser support in Ostrava on site for office and production users and in remotely for Hilite employees worldwide
  • Performed common service support, service control, HW, SW installation, LAN configuration, users account management, connectivity management
  • Responsible related IT support (computer, network, backup and system).
  • Processing and tracking of issues in the company‘s own Help Desk.
  • Oversee planning, development and implementation of IT service processes and procedures
  • Report to IT Infrastructure Manager


Requirements

  • 3-year standard vocational training, preferably in the field of computer science and operational experience or comparable
  • Qualified further training: certifications regarding various IT systems and Service Processes (ITIL)
  • Additional qualification: In-depth knowledge of specific software tools such as Microsoft client and server operating systems and client application such as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Flexibility, collaboration, communication: within the scope of the task
  • English fluent
