Your tasks as a QMS Coordinator / Internal auditor will be:

• Manages the creation, administration, changes and archiving of documents of the Quality Management system
• Manages required standards (like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, ISO19011, ….) and customer requirements within company (including changes sharing, updating documentation, availability assurance, training of employees, procurement, etc.)
• Evaluation and tracking of QMS objectives and customer satisfaction
• Lead local QMS System & processes including improvement (within Europe) implementation and measures and monitoring processes effectiveness and Efficiency
• Cooperates with global QMS team for improvement, lead implementation of standards, new quality tools and methods and standardization in plant
• Planning, coordination, implementation and tracking of internal and external audits
• Execution of internal or external system, process, product audits
• Global communication (lesson learned) of detected NCs and CAs from audits to be avoided in other plants
• Leading system of audit NCs and demanding CAs to be closed in required time. Primary interface with the registrar companies and leads the tracking and closure of audit points.
• Supporting for Claims analysis, audit questions definition (SMART LPA,….)
• Responsibility of internal auditors proper qualification
