Family Festival in Marktheidenfeld

Loud roaring and the smell of petrol was in the air. As the Drag-Bike starts, the volume quickly reaches 140 decibels. Nevertheless, the spectators were not deterred. A large crowd watched enthusiastically – wearing earplugs - around the Drag-Bike and following the action.

The Super Twin Top Fuel Drag-Bike, which contended in the 2019 season of the FIM European Championship, was one of the highlights at the family festival on September 14th, 2019 in Marktheidenfeld.

Hilite opened the doors for the first time this year for the families and friends of the employees and offered a colorful program: During the guided tours through the production halls, the participants were able to get an idea of the products and the production processes. Especially the children were interested to see where mum or dad work. The little ones also had a lot of fun with the children's raffle, can throwing and face painting.

The raffle and the auction with almost 300 prizes were very popular. We would like to thank all the businesses and employees for the numerous and generous donations. Also a big thank you to all the helpers and the Eurest team who actively supported the event. The proceeds from the event will go to a colleague and his family, who is seriously ill.
