Hilite Golf Charity Event

Hilite Whitehall had the pleasure of hosting their 13th annual Hilite Hacker Golf outing on July 12, 2019 at the Lincoln Golf Club in Muskegon, MI. For everybody who wondered: A “hacker” is a golf term meaning someone who rarely plays golf and so is quite bad when doing so.

This year there were 128 golfers on the course, involving Hilite employees as well as vendors. They golfed in teams of four and played 18 holes on a nice course in beautiful weather. This even combined charity, networking and fun and was a great success.

The outing was able to raise $2,293.13 for Pound Buddies, which is Muskegon County’s largest animal shelter, whose core purpose is to care for homeless dogs and cats and to find them loving homes.

All participants have been excited and are looking forward to next year’s 14th Hilite Hacker Golf event.
