Hilite International expands C-level management
Thomas Becker took over the function of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Hilite Group on February 15th, 2021 and will lead the global finance organization and is responsible for accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax issues as well as for IT and legal. He has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President Controlling of the Electric Segment for the Dräxlmaier Group, where he increased financial performance and successfully redesigned the business model starting 2015. Previously, he worked for Siemens VDO and Continental and took on leadership positions of increasing responsibility with a proven track record of profitable growth. Thomas Becker holds an MBA from CEIBS in Shanghai and the University of Siegen.
Jochen Wieland, who was previously Head of Europe for Hilite, took over the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in December 2020. In this role, he works with the regional and global teams and takes on global strategy management, including improving strategic planning and tactical operations development.
Also new to the C-Level team since March 2021 is Klaus-Dieter Eichenseer in the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He previously served as Global Vice President Human Resources for Hilite. He continues to hold the position of Global Compliance Officer. His new role emphasizes the importance of our people and our corporate culture to Hilite's overall success.
The new C-Level members will work alongside CEO David Wei and COO John Hutson to achieve Hilite’s strategic goals to meet the requirements of a rapidly changing automotive industry through product innovation and successfully establishing new markets and ensuring Hilite’s future.
