New logistics hall in operation

After a construction period of 10 months, the new logistics hall at the Marktheidenfeld location was put into operation in August.

The building has a storage area of 5,655 m², with 28 rows of high shelves and space for 10,000 pallets. An average of 333 pallets are moved here every day. Delivery and dispatch are now carried out via 5 loading ramps.

The short distances between logistics and production simplifies the logistics processes and enables Hilite to close external warehouses. This saves around 250,000 truck kilometers each year and thus 178 tons of CO2.
