SOP of eXV in China

 

 

 

We are very pleased to announce that the start of production of our new product line expansion valves (eXV) in December 2020 at the Changshu plant was a great success.

Efficient thermal management provides a good cost to range relation for electrified powertrains, Expansion valve is the core product of HVAC and battery cooling, and will have wide range of application in future.

Hilite identified thermal management as a key market opportunity and developed eXV to expand product profile and enter into new market.

With close cooperation between Hilite China and the German engineering team, we successfully developed eXV in only 2 years and start SOP for our customer Dongfeng Nissan from end of December 2020.
